The scope of work generally consists of mobilization of equipment, materials, and personnel to the project site, followed by site preparation and utility marking. The project area will be demoed, cleared, and excavated as shown on the drawings, followed by construction of a reinforced concrete pad, installation of a 2,000 gallon above ground diesel tank equipped with a comprehensive fuel management solution, and installation of a sub panel and tank panel. Contractor will also be responsible for procuring canopy engineering, file for, and obtain permit and install. The canopy is a deferred submittal. Upon completion, the site will be cleaned and restored, debris removed, and a final inspection conducted. All required documentation and warranties will be delivered.
