All labor, materials, & equipment required to provide site improvements for (3) 24'x40' modular building & (1) 12'x40' modular restroom. work to include but not necessarily limited to demo of existing grade, & existing underground utilities as required, cut and cap existing irrigation lines outside the limits of construction, salvage irrigation heads/ valves & return to district. provide and install site grading, concrete flatwork, relocate utilities, galv. flashing, fire extinguisher, signage, trenching, underground conduits & connecting all power, signal, fire alarm, grounds & all required utility services hook-ups to the modular building, the contractor shall coordinate w/ modular building supplier for a complete and functional installation. Contractor to remove and dispose of all spoils, scrap conduit, irrigations lines. All trash generated to be disposed of by contractor.
