The Contractor must serve all adult Realignment-eligible individuals. ACP may change realignment eligibility at any time. The Contractor must be willing to work with ACPD to revise services to accommodate any changes. Currently, the following categories of individuals under Supervision are eligible for AB109-funded services: Post-Release Community Supervision (PRCS): Individuals released from prison for non-serious and non-violent offenses who are not classified as high-risk sex offenders. Penal Code 1170 (h) Eligible: Individuals charged and under Supervision with an 1170(h)-eligible offense, including: Individuals sentenced to local prison and placed on mandatory Supervision, and Individuals granted deferred entry of judgment in lieu of an AB-109 eligible offense. Formal Probation: Individuals on formal probation. Pre-trial Status: Individuals who are part of the County’s Pre-Trial Program. Specialty Court: Participants in specialty courts with a felony conviction.
