Specifications include, but are not limited to: In this Secondary RFP, the California Public Utilities Commission's Consumer Protection & Safety Division solicits competitive bids for a management consultant to provide an internal audit of its Gas Safety & Reliability Branch(GSRB). The CPUC is looking for professional expertise to inform and guide program changes. The proposed internal audit stems from an investigative report published by the CPUC's Independent Review Panel. The audit will look at the overall structure, function & effectiveness of the CPUC's natural gas safety program. The final report will make recommendations that the CPUC can make internally to improve the effectiveness of the GSRB program & ultimately improve public safety.
