• Preparation of Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings and Specifications in accordance with the following: (1) applicable regulations; (2) UCSC Campus Fire Marshal; (3) UCSC Design and Construction Design Guide, (4) Campus Standards and CAD Standards; and (5) any other requirements required by law and/or by the University. • Coordination and incorporation of other design disciplines as necessary to prepare complete Construction Documents. • Construction Administration, including attendance at regular University/ Architect/ Contractor construction meetings, responses to Requests for Information, and Submittal reviews. • Design services during construction. • Preparation of Record Drawings in a UC-approved digital format.
