2.1. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, connectors, cabling, supplies, tools, equipment, cleanup, and all other necessary items required to perform the following tasks: 2.1.1. Removal and proper disposal of: 2.1.1.1. One (1) existing Bard unit 2.1.1.1.1. Serial #309N133077368-02 2.1.1.2. Within five (5) business days of removal, contractor shall provide the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) with a letter stating that the unit was properly disposed of. The letter shall be on company letterhead and state the following: 2.1.1.2.1. Serial number of the unit 2.1.1.2.2. Provide Statement confirming the unit was properly disposed of 2.1.1.2.3. Date the unit was properly disposed of 2.1.1.2.4. Signed by an authorized representative 2.1.2. Install: 2.1.2.1. One (1) Bard 3-ton model W36A2-A10XX4XXX "or equal" with a low ambient control unit 2.1.2.2. One (1) ICM492 control “or equal” 2.1.2.3. One (1) RSH50 surge protective device “or equal” 2.1.3. Drill and install new mounting hardware 2.1.4. Install new electrical whips 2.1.5. Install new control wires 2.1.6. Manufacture and install all metal transition pieces for the supply and return grill 2.1.7. Apply all sealant, hardware and supports 2.1.8. Make all electrical and wiring connections 2.1.9. Test new units for proper operation 2.1.10. Safety shall be observed at all times
