Specifications include, but are not limited to:CC 1389 consists of the installation of approximately 1225 lineal feet of 8-inch buried pipeline in two unique segments. Each pipeline is located within California State Lands (CSL) owned parcels. The City of Huntington Beach has obtained a lease agreement from the CSL, and also a Coastal Development Permit (CDP) from the California Coastal Commission (CCC). A copy of the CDP and the Lease Agreement is included within the Appendix of these specifications. The Construction of these pipelines is subject to terms and conditions of both the Lease Agreement and the CDP. This project shall be constructed between September 15 and February 15 to avoid conflict with nesting birds. All work on will be constructed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, on Monday through Friday, excluding all City of Huntington Beach observed holidays. The City observes the following holidays between September 15 and February 15; Veterens Day, Thanksgiving, the day following Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day and Presidents Day
