Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for this project includes the work required for the construction of a 7-bay ARFF/Snow Removal Facility, including necessary utilities. The building will have a composite footprint of 10,350 sq. ft. with 9,740 sq. ft. on the first floor and 4,840 sq. ft. on the second floor for a total of 14,580 sq. ft. To provide airfield access to the new ARFF/Snow Removal Facility, it will be necessary to construct a new paved apron (30,280 sq. ft.) and airside access road (35’ x 340’). To provide landside access to the new ARFF/Snow Removal Facility, it will be necessary to construct a new access road from Airport Road (24’ x 1,330’) and vehicle parking to accommodate 12 vehicle and ADA parking spaces. The work on this project will include all site work, paving, building, and utilities required to complete the total development.
