Specifications include, but are not limited to: The solution must include the following capabilities: • License and protect 4000 user mailboxes including a minimum of 10 system administrators to manage configuration, tuning and administration function (e.g., add/delete users, report false positives) • Cloud-based platform that integrates with the native M365 API without additional configuration changes such as mailflow, MX records, or journaling.• Centralized management and reporting console. • The platform must support the latest two versions of Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers. • Multi-tenant administration and Role Based Access Control (RBAC). These roles should include: ▪ System Administrator – user who has the highest level of access to perform all actions (read, write, change, delete) in the system ▪ User: Read access to the system or access to specific portal areas • Integrate with LA County’s Single Sign On using Microsoft Azure Active Directory. • API integration with 3rd Party solutions (e.g., SIEM/SOAR, ticketing system) and the ability to export data • Work seamlessly with existing gateway product Cisco Email Security (CES) (i.e., analyze URL rewritten links, DMARC compliance validation) • At the time of bid submission, vendor must provide a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 2 Report from a third party, stating the application/environment has been tested for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system. • Must be highly available (24x7x365) with a minimum of 99.9% uptime.
