Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Statement of Work (SOW) provides material and labor descriptions for the installation of a video security system at Building and Safety La Puente One-Stop at 16005 E. Central Ave. La Puente, CA 91744 ; • Recording: Receive and index live video surveillance feeds and manage its storage. • Monitoring: Dynamically switch display(s) from one live video surveillance feed to another. • Review and Export: Recall and view recorded video, and export to external media as needed. • Assessment: Assess video events in order to take appropriate action. • Video resolution shall be a minimum of 1920x1080, storage, and viewing on appropriate monitors to increase forensics capabilities. • Viewing from local and remote video surveillance workstations in optimal manner for operators and video walls. A total of seven (7) cameras will be installed. Of these, 5 cameras will be wall mounted on the exterior of the building. 2 cameras will be ceiling mounted on the exterior of the building. 1 Horn Speaker wall mounter on exterior of the building; 13.1 Vendor shall provide all cabling and conduit needed for the completion of the project. 13.2 Vendor must comply with National Electrical Codes where applicable unless otherwise specified by LACPW. 13.3 All cable and wire must be UL-listed, and NEC compliant. 13.4 All exposed network cable must be outdoor UV-rated CAT 6a shielded cable with the specification of 10/100/1000 Mbps. 13.5 All underground electrical conduits must be schedule 40 or higher PVC. The PVC conduits must be buried at a minimum of 18 inches from the ground to top of the conduit. 13.6 All grounding material usage must be made of copper type. 13.7 All cable termination shall have a minimum 3’ service loop. 13.8 All equipment cabinets shall be lockable.
