Consolidated Material Service Center (CMSC) requires six (6) four-seater electric utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) to support grounds maintenance and landscape upkeep in 17 installation cantonment areas and surrounding building landscape areas. Maintenance and landscaping are conducted by Area Commanders Maintenance Sections and includes cutting various terrain grasses, overgrown shrubs, and upkeep of field demonstration areas. These UTVs would assist in moving personnel and equipment to conduct this maintenance and landscaping. They must have the following characteristics; Electric 48V – 72V Lithium-Ion Battery, Speed: 20 – 40 Mph, Range: 25 – 55 Miles, Drivetrain: 4x4 (full time or on-demand), Bed Capacity: 600 – 1,200 Lbs, Bed Type: steel or polyethylene, Tow Capacity: 800 – 1,600 Lbs, Color: Neutral (i.e. black, tan, brown, etc.), Steering: Electric Power Steering, Seat Capacity: 4 Passenger, Safety: Roll Over Protection System w/Roof and 3-point Seat Belts, Vendor must include 30–36 month warranty, Vendor must include all charging cables and plug ins, Charger must work with standard 110v wall outlet.
