QTY 1 - Dry Ice Storage container (loaner) Vendor to provide and deliver one (1) dry ice storage container as a loaner to Public Health Lab while we have a valid purchase order. Dry ice storage container w/Lid & casters, and affix with all proper safety labels on the outside of the bin. The bin should have the capacity to handle/store approx. 500 to 600 lbs of dry ice nuggets. The approx. bin dimension are: 42”L x 29”W x 39”H. Upon completion of purchase order, vendor is responsible to pick up bin for return. Vendor is responsible to ensure the storage bin is functioning and provide exchange if something not working. Total QTY. 7200 Lbs. Dry Ice Nugget (Deliver upon request) Dry ice nugget to have dimension of approx. 1.5 to 3 inch long in any shape. Requestor to contact vendor via email or phone call to place new delivery request. Vendor must make the delivery within three working days. Each dry ice delivery request may range from 200 lbs. to 600 lbs., depends on needs. Delivery on weekday only. Delivery time are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
