Offeror quotations must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation, otherwise it will be considered non-responsive.
3. Background: This solicitation is for the purchase of the Reusable Temporary Wall System.
4. Scope: To include all materials to construct up to 105 linier ft of wall, 4 doors with 42” openings and all hardware to set up as well as extra to have on hand, 4 carts to store and transport the system from job to job.

5. Specific Tasks. Purchase of wall system to include virtual training on how to properly install each aspect of the system.

Whenever contact with a facility is required outside of normal duty hours, the Contractor shall coordinate these times with the designated COR, POC or designee.
In accordance with 5 U.S.C. 6103, Executive Order 11582 and Public Law 94-97 the following national holidays are observed and for the purpose of this contract are defined as “Legal Federal official holidays”

•Noncontract Charges: The contractor shall not perform any service that will result in additional charges without prior approval from the Contracting Officer.
•Payment: Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice which references the period for which payment is due, the contract number and/or assigned purchase order number. The invoice must include the correct payment address.
•All shipping costs will be included in the cost of the hardware in the contract.
7. Period of Performance: 60 days from award.
