The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the Director of Public Works and/or his designee for the 3rd St East ADA Improvements and Sidewalk Gap Closure project in the City of Palmdale. Scope are described in the project maps, including but not limited to City of Palmdale coordination and permitting, public notification, traffic control implementation and maintenance per the MUTCD, spatial inventory of utility infrastructure at the surface, roadway excavation, concrete demolition, PCC Curb and Gutter, PCC ADA Curb Ramps, PCC Sidewalk, PCC Cross Gutters and Spandrels, adjustment of utility infrastructure, The work shall be completed in 30 calendar days
