Specifications include, but are not limited to: Probation Department is seeking services to produce an annual report. The estimated length of the report will be 80-100 pages with approximately 30-40 stylized infographics and roughly 35-40 graphs (line, bar, circular, etc.). It will also include photos, captions, call outs and small section headers of copy (under 200 words) and short articles of 500 words or less. The Graphic Designer will be supplied with all copy, data and images but will need to design unique design graphic elements. The Project Manager is expected to assist with writing/ copy editing content that highlights the Probation Department accomplishments for the past year. The Project Manager is also expected to manage timelines and route finalized items to Office of Communications for approval. The final product will need to be delivered as a PDF document in flip page style and the files will need to be ready for printing
