The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide a 311 Mobile App and CRM system, implementation services, and ongoing support and maintenance services. The City is currently using a SaaS Work Management System (https://www.santa-ana.org/mysantaana-app/) with approximately 300 backend users that handles the issues that are submitted by Citizens. The City currently receives and processes over 10,000 issues per month, and this quantity is expected to increase steadily over time. However, the City is seeking a new application that provides additional features, including, at a minimum, support for Spanish language translation. The City prefers an existing system by an established vendor, with existing customer references, who can provide implementation services and ongoing support. The City is not looking for a custom development solution.
