Task 1. Administration and Project Management ● Develop and maintain a Project Management Plan (PMP) outlining Project goals, processes, and key deliverables ● Establish and maintain a baseline Project schedule ● Provide monthly schedule updates, incorporating necessary adjustments to align with Project milestones ● Submit monthly invoices with budget status updates ● Provide monthly progress reports, including: o Narrative summaries of Project status o A list of deliverables with corresponding percent completion o Identification of critical issues and proposed corrective actions ● Organize and facilitate Project Development Team (PDT) meetings ● Schedule and conduct additional meetings as required by the BID Project Manager (PM) ● Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations ● Develop and implement a quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) plan ● Establish a document control system to manage Project records efficiently Task 2. Stakeholder Coordination and Public Involvement ● The Consultant shall facilitate stakeholder coordination to ensure comprehensive communication, engagement, and feedback integration throughout the Project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include the following: ● Engage with Council District 14 ● Conduct consultations with relevant agencies, including: o LA Department of Water and Power (LADWP) o LADOT o StreetsLA o LA Sanitation and Environment (LASA
