Surfrider Beach- 23060 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265 Primary Tank • Replace two (2) high head pumps (240v 50 gpm rate) within 12,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace four (4) floats (Model MF4P) within 12,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Repair wiring and make watertight connections within 12,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping • Use hose attached to vacuum truck to pump out approximately 12,000 gallons of septic waste (liquid and solid) from the combined primary and recirculation tank • Use hydro-jet to break up solid waste for disposal and to discharge lines, as needed. • Transport containerized, waste to approved treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) • Provide Department with copy of non-hazardous or hazardous waste manifest (whichever is applicable) • Work can only take place Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, so as to minimize interruption to the public. • All work shall be coordinated with DBH contract administrator before the project begins. Recirculation Tank • Replace two (2) high head pumps (240v 50 gpm rate) within recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace four (4) floats (Model MF3P) within recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Repair wiring and make watertight connections within 12,000 gallon combined primary and recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping Dosing Tank • Replace two (2) high head pumps (Model PF5007) within recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace four (4) floats (Model MF3P) within recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Repair wiring and make watertight connections within 15,000 gallon dosing tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping Primary Tank/Recirculation Tank Lids • Replace primary tank liquid side lids • Saw cut concrete pad and remove old steel lids • Remove and haul away concrete and old lids • Erect temporary fencing as needed while area is open • Install new steel traffic rated ring and fiberglass lids • Install new concrete to repair pad Electrical • Install new electrical conduit and wiring from control panel to primary and recirculation tanks • Install four (4) - 1” new electrical conduits, 24” deep approximately 75’ totaling approximately 300’ • Install new wiring from Orenco Advantex septic control panel to primary and recircuation tanks • Install four (4) new splice boxes inside tank risers for main pump power and float controls • Install six (6) #6 wire totaling approximately 450’ • Install eight (8) #10 wire totaling approximately 600’ • Remove and dispose of any old wiring and electrical conduits • Make all points of connections inside Orenco control panel and junction boxes within tank • Ensure proper electrical flow by testing all wiring, tank controls and pumps for proper operation • Ensure that all newly installed wiring complies with current codes and sizing. • Replace conduit in accordance with the latest NEC standards Miscellaneous • Install new flow meter • Check wiring for flow meter and adjust as necessary • Reinstall new pipes for meter • Replace fan and filter within tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace chemical pump within tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace blender within tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Replace two UV lights and housings within tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System • Remove, clean, and reinstall filters and screens • Clean pods and filters • Remove old ozone system • Install new system • Test operations of new onzone system to ensure it is working Mother Board • Remove previous mother board and install new Orenco mother board • Replace and program new mother board and calibrate computer • Rewire new control panel and test its operation Warranty: Minimum 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
