The scope of work includes gathering information about the current environment, planning and executing Cisco upgrades, and performing comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality. Deliverables include documentation of the existing environment, an upgrade plan, test reports, and updated documentation. The project timeline and success depend on the availability of resources, coordination with stakeholders, access to the facility, and equipment order time.
