Specifications include, but are not limited to: General-Availabilityfor“on-call”serviceswithinthemaximumresponsetimeof15minutesbyphone and 4 hours arrival to the site.Onsite field review and depict existing field conditions.Immediate notification to the City of potential problems.Provide recommendations.Diligentefforttostaywithincostsapprovedforservicesforeachproject.Promptnotification is necessary if costs exceed 80% of the approved amount for a project.Performance of the above services in a professional and timely manner.Possess the appropriate licenses.Allworktoconformtocurrentstandards,specificationandregulations(includingfederal, state, local and trade specific).Carry insurance levels and provide bonding as required in this agreement.Provide clean-up after work is completed.Facilities –Facility upgrades, improvements and/or repairs not currently allocated to CIP projects.Installation/repair of pumps at all water production sites.Repair/installation of pump motorsat water production sites.Repair/installation of pump shafts, bearings or other deep well related repairs.Recommendation of repair of variable frequency drives (VFD’s) if needed.Installation, repair and/or removal of booster pump motors andpumps.Installation of new wiring fornew or existing booster pumps or well pumps.Test/diagnose/troubleshoot motors, pumps and all other important water production pumping equipment as needed.Annual Preventative Maintenance –Check motor alignment.Inspect bearing (if possible) for wear. Adjust, repair or replace if necessary.Check condition of motor by temperature andvibration analysis.Change oil in motor.Replace lubrication lines as needed.Write reports stating the status of deep well pumps and booster pumps and provide recommendation, if any, for repairs.
