Global Positioning System (GPS) devices installed by the proposed bidder will be the most current available technology capable Fourth Generation Broadband (4G) or greater and must communicate with On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) I and II. b) Software The proposed Application must be capable of collecting data using satellite GPS technology that provides real time (within milliseconds) updates including: -Fleet assets status using a GPS device connected to the vehicle’s On-Board Diagnostic II (OBDII) that indicates vehicle location, mileage, ignitions status, fuel usage, and maintenance notifications. -Monitor and provide real-time alerts via e- mail or test alerts to designated management end-users on how the vehicle is driven based on flagged unwanted behaviors at a minimum, speeding, hard braking, undue acceleration, idle, landmark crossing, danger to other vehicles on the highway or even pedestrians. c) Mapping The proposed application must provide the ability to overlay map an asset’s location throughout the day and provide satellite imagery, StreetSide, bird’s eye views, printable, and downloadable reports at minimum must include Excel, portable Document Format (.PDF), Text Comma Delimitated (.txt) Comma Separated Values (.CSV), and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) for each data type collected or calculated.
