Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall upgrade the Access Control System (ACS) software panels to Avigilon. The software must be Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 compatible. The server software must be installed on a virtual machine and client-side software must be installed on Security, Human Resources, Safety and Plant Operation computers. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the client/server software is up-to-date and providing training to home staff. 2. ACS system upgrade must combine proximity cards, employee resident IDs, and resident key cards into one card. 2 ID printers need to be purchased and installed at the front security desk and inside the human resources office. 3. The Contract must install Avigilon video intercom/proximity readers at the front entrance and exit gates. Install and enable the front entrance and exit gates to be opened by provisioned ACS cards or opened remotely from the front security desk. 4. The Contractor must install Avigilon intercom/proximity readers at each entrance of the Domicile rooms and must be open or lock the doors remotely. Install video intercom at the A1 entrance. Upgrade exiting proximity card readers and install proximity card readers at the following locations per Exhibit A, Attachment 1 (Reader Installations) and reference Exhibit A, Attachment 2 (ACS Maps, Printers & Panels) for maps. 5. The Contractor shall install eighteen (18) panic bar conversion kits. 6. The Contractor shall install three (3) panic bars. 7. The Contractor shall install door readers with keypads. 8. The Contractor shall install electrified door strikes. 9. The Contractor shall remove existing Access Control System. 10. The Contractor shall convert nine (9) existing Access Control doors to Avigilon Access Control. 11. The Contractor shall install twenty-six (26) new Avigilon door controllers. 12. The Contractor shall install (9) new door controller enclosures. 13. The Contractor shall remove one (1) gate pedestal. 14. The Contractor shall install four (4) gate pedestals. 15. The Contractor shall install two (2) gate override keys on pedestals. 16. The Contractor shall provide preventative, support incidental, and repair services during normal business hours of 07:30 am to 04:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays, unless alternative hours are mutually agreed upon between CalVet Contract Manager and Contractor. (All preventive maintenance includes, but is not limited to, system inspection, testing, and application of software patches and upgrades.) 17. The Contractor shall comply with the home’s sign-in and sign-out policy by reporting to the Security/Front Desk upon arrival and departure from the facility, and by wearing identification badges and/or uniforms bearing the name of the Contractor as well as visitor badges issued by the Home. 18. The Contractor shall comply with the Home’s Covid Policy. 19. The Contractor shall provide parts and labor as part of this Agreement, at the costs specified in Exhibit B-1, Cost Sheet. 20. The Contractor shall be responsible for all travel costs relating to all maintenance and support services.
