Scope of Work • Paint approximately 8,169 sq. ft. of walls. • Paint 11 doors and door jambs. Surface Preparation • Prepare all surfaces for painting, including walls, doors, and floors. • Patch cracks, holes, and other imperfections. • Sand walls and doors for a smooth finish. Masking • Protect light switches, lights, doors, floors, and windows from paint overspray. Painting • Walls: Apply two coats of Suprema Eggshell Cool December Paint (Dunn Edwards). • Doors & Jambs: Use the same paint for jambs. sand and apply a clear coat to doors. • Ceiling tiles must be painted Swiss Coffee Vinyl Baseboard Installation • Install approximately 889 linear feet of black vinyl baseboards. • Ensure a clean, smooth surface before installation. • Align and secure baseboards properly.
