Cookson : Model # ERC20 ( INTEGRAL FRAME AND SILL) ( Or EQUAL ) • Remove and dispose of existing obsolete fire counter door. • Provide and install new replacement fire counter door into same opening. • New door package shall include 1/2 hr UL & CUL label, between jamb, push-up operation, stainless steel, 1 1/2" flatslat 22 gauge no. 4 finish curtain, thru wall fuse-link, stainless steel frame with side jamb trim and cylindrical lock on bottom rail. Roll up Door must be compatibale and integrated with existing fire alarm system. • All material shall be guaranteed to be as specified. • All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. All final products must be free from damages, sharp edges, and completed with good craftsmanship. • The vendor shall possess the construction, carpentry, electrical, masonry and painting skills for this project and sufficient staff to accomplish the work in a timely manner. • The vendor shall provide all necessary material, tools, equipment, vehicles required for this work. • The vendor shall provide Olive View-UCLA Medical Center personnel with basic training on door/hardware maintenance and operations along with all O&M manuals, warranty information, and manufacturer literature. • The vendor shall ensure the minimum disturbance and no damages to the existing property of the premises and inside the building. • Provide replacement doors, complete with hardware as indicated on the Scope and as specified herein. • Remove / replace existing door, including all applicable interior and exterior trim and finish work. • All materials removed/replaced shall be the responsibility of the vendor to properly dispose of. Vendor shall clean areas inside the units affected by the construction. • All drawings if required, are responsibility of successful Vendor. • Awarded Contractor must be a registered vendor with the County of Los Angeles • Warranty: Must be equal to or greater than the manufacturer's warranty. Materials & Workmanship - 2 years, Finishes - 5 years.
