The consultant selected for this project shall be responsible for management and oversight of SCAG’s Community Hubs Toolkit. The consultant shall leverage the toolkit to support SCAG staff in the evaluation and selection of demonstration projects. Consultant project responsibilities are to be assumed as follows: • Managing and monitoring the Community Hubs Toolkit and Development Plan, budget and schedule, communicating and monitoring activation project deadlines, scheduling and facilitating meetings with activation project stakeholders and SCAG staff, and reviewing required deliverables submitted by participants, • Sharing Toolkit related information and summaries of activity to support internal coordination, member updates and storytelling by SCAG’s Government and Public Affairs team, • Supporting the development and deployment of Community Hub strategies through cities and counties interested in deploying Community Hubs, in partnership with other stakeholders, including working with stakeholders to effectively scale strategies for wider deployment across the SCAG region, and • Summarizing, presenting, and reporting Toolkit findings, research and outcomes to internal and external audiences.
