The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform on-call traffic signal work, which may include, but is not limited to: 4.1.1 Traffic Signal Construction Repairs • Knockdown replacement and pole/equipment installation • Controller cabinet installation or replacement • Signal head replacement and upgrades • Inductive loop repairs • Conduit and pull box installation • Communication system repairs • Flashing beacon installations • Emergency work 4.1.2 Traffic Management System Work • ITS equipment installation • Fiber optic splicing and testing • Communication upgrades 4.1.3 Miscellaneous Tasks • Pedestrian signal installations • ADA signal accommodations • Field wiring and troubleshooting • System diagnostic work The services will be on an on-call, as-needed basis. The City may assign work to one or more Contractor(s), depending on the type of work required, estimated dollar value of the task/contract, experience and expertise required for the work, Contractor's current workload, ability to respond, or other criteria as applicable.
