The work in general consists of the removal of three existing Level 2 electric vehicle chargers, and the installation of three new Level 2 dual port pedestal chargers and five new Level 3 dual port 40 kW pedestal chargers, and four foundations for future pedestal chargers. It also includes all associated equipment, including, but not limited to, foundation installation, aboveground electrical conduit, trenching for belowground electrical conduits, site demolition and restoration, existing asphalt, parking lines. The estimate of the quantities of work to be done is approximate only, being as a basis for the comparison of bids, and the Town does not expressly or by implication agree that the actual amount of work will correspond therewith but reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or any portion of the work as directed by the Town Engineer. Incidental items of construction necessary to complete the whole work in a satisfactory and acceptable manner as shown on the plans and as provided for in the specifications and not specifically referred to in this section, shall be understood to be furnished by the Contractor.
