The selected videographer or firm shall provide professional videography and video production services, which may include, but are not limited to, the following: Event Videography • Full-day video coverage of the Wings Over the Westside Airshow • Capture of aerial performances, static displays, ground attractions, vendors, and sponsor activations. • Crowd, atmosphere, and community engagement footage • Opening ceremonies, special announcements, and City or sponsor recognitions Aerial / Drone Videography • Drone footage of the event and airport (subject to FAA regulations and approvals) • Coordination with City staff and airport operations regarding safety and access Interviews & Storytelling • On-camera interviews with performers, sponsors, City representatives, and attendees (as approved) • Behind-the-scenes and contextual footage to support storytelling Post-Production & Deliverables • Event highlight video suitable for public release • Short-form video clips optimized for social media platforms
