Supply Reliability and Infrastructure Assessment – Evaluate current and planned water supplies, treatment capacity, and delivery infrastructure to assess system reliability under normal, dry, and multiple-dry-year scenarios. 4. Water Shortage Contingency Planning – Prepare contingency plans detailing shortage levels, triggers, water use reduction measures, and emergency response procedures in accordance with state requirements. 5. Conservation and Sustainability Strategies – Identify strategies for water conservation, drought management, and climate resilience to support sustainable long-term water management. 6. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation – Ensure all plans meet the requirements of the California Urban Water Management Planning Act and related regulations, including proper reporting formats and documentation. 7. Coordination and Reporting – Maintain coordination between the City and PHWA to ensure consistency in methodology, assumptions, and data where appropriate. Prepare draft and final reports for each agency. 8. Final Presentations – Prepare and deliver presentations for the City Council of Port Hueneme and the PHWA Board of Directors to review the final UWMPs and Water Shortage Contingency Plans, summarizing key findings, recommendations, and planning strategies
