The City is seeking consulting services to updates its Urban Water Management Plan, encompassing the following nine (9) key tasks: Task 1 – Review of Available Information and Initial Meetings, Task 2 – Prepare for and Attend Workshop #1 – Projected Water Demands, Task 3 – Prepare for and Attend Workshop #2 – Water Supply Availability, Task 4 – Prepare for and Attend Workshop #3 – Water Conservation and Water Shortage Contingency Planning, Task 5 – Prepare and Submit One Administrative Draft UWMP, Task 6 – City Council Study Session, Task 7 – Prepare Public Review Draft UWMP and Attend City Council Public Hearing, Task 8 – Preparation and File of Final UWMP, Task 9 – Optional Attendance Other Meetings and Trainings by the July 1, 2026.
