The scope of work shall include and not be limited to: • Mobilization; • Construction Debris Area Setup and Disposal; • The surface should be cleaned off by sweeping or washing before any paint is placed otherwise the dirt and dust will decrease the bond between the new paint and the existing asphalt. When sweeping, typically one pass is needed to remove all the dirt and dust from the road. If road has temporary pavement markings, they should be removed prior to sweeping. • Implementation of Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMP); • Construction Area Signs per CAMUTCD standards, Caltrans and as directed by the Engineer; • Temporary Traffic Control per CAMUTCD standards Caltrans and as directed by the Engineer; • Restriping of traffic patterns in various areas of Napa County; • Final cleanup and demobilization; • Project Closeout.
