2025 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT – VILLAGE HOMES PACKAGE, CIP No. ET8250: The work shall include but not be limited to mobilization and demobilization, public notification, traffic control, stage construction, clearing, grubbing, environmental protection, potholing, adjusting and replacing utility boxes and covers, concrete improvements (e.g., curb and gutter, sidewalk and ADA/PROWAG compliant curb ramps), removing asphalt concrete (AC) surfacing, base, and subgrade materials, subgrade preparation and compaction, grading, placing full-depth hot-mix asphalt (HMA) paving, conventional road reconstruction with aggregate base and HMA, traffic striping, markings, and markers, curb painting, and incidentals for various streets in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications most recent edition as published on the City’s website, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents.
