1. BASE VEHICLE 1.1. One (1) 2025 or Newer/Unused Ford F350 XLT, 8 ft bed 1.2. Exterior Color: White 1.3. Gas engine, automatic Powertrain 1.4. Interior Color: Gray/black 1.5. 2 extra keys, programmed and ready for use 1.6. Conforms to Federal and California emissions. 1.6.1. Spray in bed liner coating, Rhino Lining, Line-X, shall be applied on the bed floor and on the top surface of the rear bumpers. Include the liner coating’s standard high-traction surface treatment. 1.6.2. Utility rack. One (1) Knapheide utility rack (headache rack) with cab guard. Utility rack to be installed directly on service body behind the cab rear window. The utility rack shall be painted white. 1.6.3. Rear liftgate. One (1) Tommy Gate that fits the width of the bed. The liftgate plate shall be aluminum, rated at 1,000 lbs or greater. 1.6.4. Roof mounted strobe light Whelen permanent mount mini amber LED light bar. The warning light shall be switched through the Ford’s upfitter’s switches if possible. Panels with fuses not acceptable. Contractor to coordinate with County staff for mounting location at time of installation. 1.6.5. Winch and mount. One (1) Ford factory front winch or Warn Zeon 8-S part #89305. Winch to be mounted on the front of the vehicle, fully wired, operational. 1.6.6. Cross bed tool box. One Weatherguard cross bed tool box. White, single lid, lockable, latch release on each end. Box to be mounted directly behind the cab rear of the headache rack. 1.6.7. Back up alarm. The back up alarm shall be mounted in the rear of the truck so it cannot be damaged by backing up over an obstacle.
