Task 1: Project Administration and Management Consultant shall provide a project schedule with key milestones identified. This task includes monthly (or as needed) project update meetings with the City using Microsoft Teams, beginning with a kickoff meeting to be held within the first month of the project. The Consultant shall conduct project management activities, which may include: • Supervise, coordinate and monitor design for conformance with standard engineering practices and other governing agency requirements. • Notify City of any changes in scope or budget as soon as possible and propose actions, if necessary, to correct these changes. • Maintain communication by being available by phone, e-mail, or teleconference and responding in a timely fashion. • Maintain project files. • Provide monthly written progress reports and invoices to the City, over the duration of the project. Task 2: Data & Information Collection Consultant shall collect and review relevant data to inform the new flow monitoring program, hydraulic model update, and master plan update including the current InfoWorks ICM model files; as-built drawings for completed projects: 2012-2013 flow monitoring program data and report[1]; current GIS layers; pump station configurations, setpoints, and pump curves; wastewater plant data for specific periods; water usage data; residential and commercial sewer billing data; land use data; General and Specific Plans; and other data and studies as identified by the Consultant and available from the City. Any site visits are included in this task.
