Rehabilitating approximately 95,000 square yards of asphalt concrete pavement with fiberized slurry seal or asphalt rubber cape seal, consisting of a chip and a slurry seal, including pavement repair in requested areas and around utility boxes and manholes as requested, restriping in-kind as necessary, and other incidental and related work. The Contractor will be required to utilize the Virtual Project Manager (VPM) online website for the duration of the project, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Project Manager. The online account is free to the Contractor and must be utilized for all submittals, RFIs, pay requests, and all other project-related correspondence.
