Specifications include, but are not limited to: street maintenance improvements throughout the City of Riverside on two minor streets in a residential location; on three minor streets in an industrial location; one major collector street, Jefferson Street (Magnolia Avenue to Lincoln Avenue); on five arterial streets including Martin Luther King Boulevard (Kansas Avenue to Chicago Avenue), Sycamore Canyon Boulevard (215 freeway to Core Apartments), Mission Grove Parkway (Trautwein Road to Alessandro Boulevard), Tyler Street (Jurupa Avenue to Verona Street), Jurupa Avenue (Tyler Street to Crest Avenue; and construction of a new median on Jurupa Avenue. This project generally includes, but is not limited to, the resurfacing of deteriorated pavement with DGAC and ARAM treatment; reconstructing damaged concrete sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, new bus pads, cross gutters, curbs, and gutters; adjustment of valve covers and manholes; and replacement of traffic striping, signs, and detector loops, new median landscaping, and irrigation.
