Specifications include, but are not limited to: Various vendors to provide umpiring services for the 2022 and 2023 City of Tracy Softball Programs. The City offers three softball seasons annually, Spring, Summer, and Fall, at the Tracy Sports Complex, 955 Crossroads Dr, Tracy, CA 95377. (1) Provide a proposed fee per game for one person slow pitch umpiring crew for league games. (2) Provide a fee per game for two person slow pitch umpiring crews for league games. (3) Provide a fee per game for two person slow pitch umpiring crews for tournament games. (4) Provide a fee per day for an Umpire in Chief to attend any league game or tournament. (5) Provide a fee per team for Registration with a nationally recognized Softball Organization.
