Specifications include, but are not limited to: Decorations are to be installed on Huntington Drive between Santa Clara Street and Fifth Avenue, on First Avenue between Saint Joseph Street and California Street, and at the Transit Plaza located at the northwest corner of First Avenue and Santa Clara Street (aerial view attached); 1. Decorations for various City trees including one (1) large 40-foot pine tree at the Arcadia Transit Plaza to be highlighted for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting; 2. Twelve (12) small trees at the Arcadia Transit Plaza to be decorated with items NOT requiring electricity; 3. Ten (10) trees on First Avenue between Saint Joseph Street and California Street; 4. Decorations for medians; 5. Illuminated and/or reflective decorations for light poles; 6. Banners and/or lit decorations for decorative banner poles; 7. Three (3) monument sign decorations; 8. One (1) over-the-street banner at the Huntington Drive and First Avenue location.
