Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2019-2020 Youth Soccer & 2020-2021 Youth Futsal Referee Services. • Referees must be familiar with the City of Bell Youth Soccer/Futsal rules; a total of ten (10) copies of the manual will be given to the head of the referees if the organization wins the bid • Additional time must be given for each game if there is an injury, water break or any other stoppage time • If a game is canceled due to an unlikely event or bad weather conditions, a makeup game will need to be refereed • In the case of a forfeit, an exhibition game will be played with the players present, and it will need to be refereed. • The youth soccer season will consist of 20 regular season game weeks. Once the regular season is finished, playoffs will follow. • The youth futsal season will consist of 15 regular season game weeks. There will be no playoffs in the season.
