Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District is seeking quotes for the graphic design of the 2012 Healthy Air Living Bilingual Kids Calendar. The 28-page calendar January 2012 to January 2013 plus front and back cover features 14 full-page, landscape-oriented drawings by Valley student artists in grades K-12. Upon selection, the artist will need to submit two design concepts, from which the final design will be chosen. The artist also will need to scan student photos if electronic files are not available. High-quality scans of the student artwork will be provided by the selected printer. All copy, including front and back cover copy and logos, will be provided. Each months page will contain an air-quality message in both English and Spanish. Following the completion of the calendar, the artist will provide the Valley Air District with small scans of the artwork and student photos suitable for use on the Districts website. The specs are as follows: PROJECT: 2012 Healthy Air Living Bilingual Kids Calendar 28 pages, including self-cover with drilled hole for hanging, four-color process. FOLDED SIZE: 17 x 11 folds to 8 x 11 ARTWORK: Please supply quote for all graphic design services. District will provide copy, logos and photos.
