Addressing all noted work in the attached pest report; contractors shall field verify the requested work and use the included report as a guide for establishing cost for this mandatory line item. b. Provide costs for removal and replacement of ALL existing INTERIOR door casements. Replacement product shall be primed square door casing. Provide sample of door casing material for homeowner approval. Line-item cost should include demo of existing, replacement, and finishing of casement. It is not required, however the associated cost for painting casement are appreciated. Contractors shall verify exact quantity of interior door casements at mandatory job walk. c. Provide costs for removal and replacement of ALL baseboards. Replacement material shall be squared, primed, and maximum of 5”. Provide sample of baseboard material for homeowner approval. Line-item cost should include demo of existing, replacement, and finishing of baseboards. It is not required, however associated costs for painting casement are appreciated. Contractor shall verify linear footage of installation at mandatory job walk.
