The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete the following for the 163rd Attack Wing, Building 2275:
REPLACE HVAC UNITS: Replace Heat Pumps 3 and 8. Work includes demolition, mechanical, electrical, controls, commissioning, roof repair, and plumbing. Provide Commissioning. Provide Fire Alarm detection testing. Additional information shown on the attachments.
CHILLER TUBE SERVICE AND EDDY CURRENT TESTING: Provide brushing of chiller condenser and evaporator tubes and eddy current testing on both the condenser and evaporator tubes for Trane Water-Cooled Optimus Chiller, Model Number RTHDUB1FXA, Serial Number U03K02580. Work includes: Perform inspection. Cut insulation to gain access to condenser and evaporator. Remove condenser and evaporator from on both ends of chiller. Brush condenser and evaporator heads. Perform condenser and evaporator Eddy Current Testing. Re-install condenser and evaporator, along with insulation. Start up unit to verify operations. Provide Eddy Current test report.
