Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of 344 singles channel/repeater pipettes (See attached inventory for details) Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of 13 multi-channel pipettes [(9) 8-ch and (4) 12-ch] (See attached inventory for details) Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of 6 auto-diluters (See attached inventory for details) Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of 12 repeater pipettes (See attached inventory for details) Preventive maintenance must include inspection of internal and external parts, any maintenance to the sealing system as necessary for restoration of the instrument, cleaning, polishing and lubrication as required and minor repairs. Please provide a detailed description of the specific services that are included in the calibration service. We are requesting that the provided calibration services include or address measurement capability, traceability to NIST standards, process uncertainty, real time environmental conditions, and the results before and after any adjustment or repair (as received and as left data) as needed, each performed to include 3 volumes, 5 samples per volume for Single Channel pipettes and 3 volumes, 5 samples per volume for Multi-Channel pipettes. The calibration must be performed by an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration laboratory. The calibration laboratory must be accredited by an accrediting body that is a signatory to the ILAC Multilateral Recognition Arrangement, with a scope of accreditation covering the calibration service as detailed above. [ISO 9001 (2000,2008, or 2015) registration, accreditation or certification does not meet this requirement.] A current accreditation certificate and scope of accreditation must be provided or be readily available. A calibration label is to be affixed to the pipette. The label shall include the date of service and the next calibration due date. Certificates for service/calibration for all pipettes shall be required at the conclusion of service. The calibration certificate must confirm competence regarding the accreditation requirements listed above and include uncertainty of measurement, real time environmental conditions and as left/as calibrated data.
