Specifications include, but are not limited to: nterested Vendor must meet the following MDM requirements: 1. MDM must have a Remote access feature to lock and /or wipe the Mobile ID device. 2. LACRIS Administrator must have privileges to set access control to lock configuration changes on a Mobile ID device. 3. MDM must use Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and LACRIS Los Angeles Automated Fingerprint Identification System (LAFIS) for user login authentication. 4. MDM must have Kiosk mode, a lockdown feature to control applications visible to users on the Mobile ID devices.; DASHBOARD & ANALYTICS 1. Ability for administrators to extract system logs from Text file common format (e.g., ASCII, ANSI) remotely from a centralized Dashboard. 2. Must have auto-refresh interactive and webenabled System Health dashboard showing in realtime Mobile ID device battery health, operational statistic view, device performance, usage, and geographical device signal strength analytics. 3. Must have pre-defined and templated reports (e.g., Excel (.xlsx, PDF) available to administrators, as well as a report builder with a drag and drop interface to allow administrators to create ad-hoc reports.
