DLA Information Operations (EMS) Division seeks to enter into a contract for a 12‐month lease with (8)
1‐month options of 54 Multi‐functional Devices (MFDs) including installation and removal, full service
maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations,
network functionality, and network security for various locations in CA which are NMCI Tested and
Certified. The vendor must be capable of delivering all devices and having them operational by 1
October 2023.
The period of performance is as follows:
Base: 10/1/2023 – 9/30/2024 (12 Months)
Option Period 1: 10/01/2024 – 10/31/2024 (1 Month)
Option Period 2: 11/01/2024 – 11/30/2024 (1 Month)
Option Period 3: 12/01/2024 – 12/31/2024 (1 Month)
Option Period 4: 01/01/2025 – 01/31/2025 (1 Month)
Option Period 5: 02/01/2025 – 02/28/2025 (1 Month)
Option Period 6: 03/01/2025 – 03/31/2025 (1 Month)
Option Period 7: 04/01/2025 – 04/30/2025 (1 Month)
