Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall Provide Software House Certification Certificate Vendor shall Provide Software House Technical Support Agreement Vendor shall Provide Software House experienced/ certified technicians Vendor shall Provide Authorized Software House Technical guidance and support for system issues across hardware, operating systems, databases, C•CURE applications, and peripheral devices in analog and IP networks. Vendor shall Provide telephone response within 2 hours Vendor shall Provide on-site emergency service within 4 hours; Vendor shall Provide for regulatory agency(s) compliance Vendor shall Provide highly experienced personnel and assistance to staff for associated operational activities. Vendor shall Provide twelve (12) maintenance visits annually every month with a maximum of 8 hours per visit to perform preventative maintenance. Vendor shall Clean all Cameras (Once Annually) Vendor shall perform performance check of Access (Every Visit) Control Software and Hardware (Every Visit) Vendor shall Backup Access Control Database (Every Visit) Vendor shall Check all CCTV cameras and components (Every Visit) Vendor shall Check all CATV/MATV (as needed or every 6 months) Vendor shall Check Nurse Call Components, repair, replace components, and perform corrective maintenance. Vendor shall include normal wear and tear and all labor and materials for repair of system components and software support. Vendor shall upgrade software semi-annually to the latest revision for both Access Control and the CCTV Systems, along with associated servers and client workstations. Vendor shall adjust all cameras as needed.; Vendor shall Provide annual testing and extended warranty with no cost repairs to security system; Vendor shall Provide annual performance assessment report; Vendor shall provide the following Annual Maintenance; and annual testing of the security system as described below.
