Description: Mail Room Improvements Accessories to be Included: -Mini split units to be Bosch Climate 5000 Series-Gen 4 or equal -Fan to be a Big Ass Fan Powerfoil X4 or equal - If bidding other than the equipment mentioned, specifications must be submitted with bid to verify items are equal. Warranty: -All workmanship and materials must be guaranteed for a minimum of one year from date of project completion. Submittals: -Awarded Bidder must submit specifications of fan and air conditioning units for approval. -Paint samples to be provided for patch and painting and approved by customer. Labor/Scope of Work: Electrical - Provide and install dedicated 220V, 20-amp circuit for two mini split A/C units (approx. 150 ft run). - Provide a dedicated circuit for a large ceiling fan (approx. 180–200 ft run). - Provide and install dedicated quadruple receptacle outlet for two cubicles. - Provide and install control panel for large fan; test and put in service. - Remove three existing light fixtures in lunchroom to install new ceiling. After completion of new ceiling reinstall the three existing light fixtures. - Verify all new and existing circuits are working. HVAC (Air Conditioning) - Provide and install two (2) mini split indoor units in the lunch room and office. - Provide and install outdoor condenser unit on east facing exterior wall. - Core drill for two line sets and two drains. -seal all penetrations and provide flashing. - Install two line sets and cover where exposed with protective material. - Provide and install mini split drain pump and run drain line to dry well. - Provide and install fusible service disconnects, liquid-tight connections, and surge protectors for mini split units
