1. Planning and Design A) Schedule i. The Consultant shall draft schedule for production of social media videos and posts and marketing 1. Mental health Topic schedule for twenty (20) 30-second videos in aimed at Russian/ Ukrainian, Arabic and Farsi speaking TAY community members, and delivered by Russian/Ukrainian, Arabic and Farsi speaking young adults & teenagers. 2. Mental health topic schedule for seven (7) 30-second videos 3. Marketing schedule for each video ii. The schedule shall be submitted to LACDMH prior to implementation. B) Retrospective Post-then-Pre Questionnaire i. The Consultant shall develop a comprehensive retrospective postthen-pre questionnaire to assess the following: 1. Increased understanding and awareness of mental health disorders 2. Improved knowledge of where and how to access mental health services 3. Reduction in stigma related to mental health as a result of the Project ii. The post-then-pre questionnaire must utilize a Likert Scale and include at least one (1) open-ended question to capture qualitative feedback. iii. The post-then-pre questionnaire must be submitted to LACDMH for pre-approval before distribution. iv. The pre and post-test must include a copy of the LACDMH logo, the EE/ME UsCC logo, and the BHSA logo. v. The Consultant shall collect and submit all completed post-then-pre questionnaires and a summary of results and results to LACDMH.
