The Vendor will meet with the AI-AN UsCC co-chairs and subcommittee members to discuss the categories of resources the community wishes to include, and to gather recommendations for specific resources. The Vendor may also propose additional resource categories for inclusion in the Resource Guide. ii. The Vendor should establish a work group (3-5 members) composed of AI-AN UsCC–vetted and/or recommended cultural brokers, trusted leaders, elders, service providers, and organizations to develop the Resource Guide. This approach will ensure cultural accuracy and relevance, foster community buy-in and provide access to AI-AN networks and resources. iii. The vendor should consider including the following entities the in developing the work group: 1. Urban Indian organizations, 2. Tribal community members, 3. Youth, 4. Elders, 5. Traditional healers, 6. Public health or social services staff who work with AI-AN populations, 7. Key leaders in Native professional organizations who can also inspire, provide role models, mentorship, and connection to Native specific professional communities.
