Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Latino Mental Health Social Media Outreach campaign will produce and promote culturally specific messaging in graphic and media form to promote mental health awareness and education to the Latino community. This messaging will be in both English and Spanish to reach a large audience of different backgrounds and ages that are often missed by traditional outreach methods. The content will be focused on promoting mental health education and monthly topics focused on awareness campaigns such as domestic violence in October and teen dating in February. 1. Video Public Service Announcements Production A. A bilingual (English/Spanish-speaking) Consultant will be contracted to direct and produce twenty (20) Public Service Announcements (PSAs) which will target all eight (8) Service Areas (SA) of Los Angeles County. B. The Consultant will direct and produce ten (10) PSAs in English and ten (10) PSAs in Spanish that will last between 30-60 seconds per PSA. C. Consultant must research the identified topics to ensure that any data or information shared in the PSAs are backed by research and evidence. The data must be approved by LACDMH prior to use. D. The PSAs will promote mental health education, aim to combat stigma, and encourage help-seeking behaviors for mental health well-being. The videos will be recorded and focus on current behavioral health topics that are relevant to the Los Angeles Latino community and may include but not limited to: a. Depression b. Stigma c.
